I would like to share with you some of my culinary art on film, as you will see, my style is very eclectic.
My cookery has developed over the years in a way that has transformed in essence from all the countries I have travelled and lived.
I have met & worked with some of the most interesting chefs professionally & bush / home style from very local rural areas that have had a huge impact not only on the way I cook, but my approach to cooking & life itself.
